For information regarding hotel blocks for Gamehole Con 2025, please visit our housing portal, which officially opens for reservations at noon on March 15th! If you miss out on the hotel block, the portal also contains a link to a comprehensive listing of Madison area hotels, and as always, we have ensured that parking is free for all attendees of Gamehole Con.
Camping at Gamehole Con
Prefer a campsite to a hotel? Willow Island Sites are within walking distance of the Exhibition Hall on the Alliant Energy Center grounds for $35 a night, running from October 15th through the 20th. Camping includes access to 24-hour restrooms and showers in the New Holland Pavilion #1. Willow Island has seventy 30AMP and twenty-five 50AMP electrical hookups, and water hookups are available at each site. A dump station is available in the North Parking Lot. No camping is permitted on the grounds outside of the designated Willow Island Sites.
Camping Registration
Please review the following information in regards to camping at the Alliant Energy Center:
- All camping is first come, first-served
- Campers must register at the self-registration kiosk (see map)
- Camping fees are $35/night, payable by cash or check
- All campsites include electric and water hookup (Note: water may be turned off due to freezing temperatures)
- Campers must display a receipt outside their tent/camper/RV at all times when camping on site
- AEC will check for receipts daily
