Event Submissions for Gamehole Con 2025 are not yet open
Event submission is currently closed while we finish working through our backlog. We will re-evaluate our space availability at that point and determine if we can re-open event submission for select entries in the near future. Thank you for all of the wonderful games!
Running a Game at Gamehole Con
Gamehole Con is seeking GM's to organize and run games at the area's premier tabletop gaming convention. Gamehole Con 2024 will be
at the Alliant Energy Center, 1919 Alliant Energy Center Way, Madison, WI 53713. Over those same dates, we will also be running a Virtual Gamehole Con.Event submission for Gamehole Con 2024. If you wish to submit an event(s), please click here.
Please keep in mind that all GM's and Judges are required to purchase a badge for admission to Gamehole Con. Having an event accepted does not mean that you are relieved of this obligation. However, we do feature a number of GM/Judge rewards for your benefit, which you can read about below.
GM & Special Guest Lounge
We are very pleased to announce that our GMs will have a place of their own to relax, get some refreshment and to prepare their games. The GM & Special Guest Lounge will be reserved exclusively for those who run slotted games at Gamehole Con. There will be snacks and beverages available and our GMs will be able to rub elbows with our Special Guests who will be using this lounge as well.
Our GM Lounge is sponsored by our good friends at ACD Games.
GM's who run 14 or more gaming hours will receive a full weekend badge refund.
At regular intervals, throughout the convention, we will conduct a raffle among all of the GMs that ran games during that period and draw a number of winners. Winners will be posted in the main lobby and must check-in with the convention staff to redeem a prize from the prize table before the end of the convention. Our prize table will feature some of the awesome loot we have pouring in from publishers to support our con.
You are expected to run games for the time you are allotted. For example, if you signup to run a game in a 2-hour slot, you are expected to run games for that entire period.
This form is NOT a registration form; submitting an event for Gamehole Con does NOT register you for the convention. If you do not pre-register for Gamehole Con, you will need to register at the convention.
