Bulk Submission Information

If you would like to submit your bulk events, first start off by downloading our bulk upload template. Below, you will find an explanation of all the fields in the file, as well as guidelines for submission. Once you have your file ready, you may email it to our Director of Games.

Things to keep in mind

  • This process is for submitting 10 or more events at once. If you have less than this, you can use our normal event submission process.
  • Do not change the format of the template
  • Do not change the file type of the template
  • All fields are required unless specified below

Explanation of fields

date : The date that the event should take place on. Valid dates for consideration in our convention catalog are Oct. 17th - Oct. 20th. The format should be mm/dd/yyyy.

time : The time you wish the event to take place. Valid event start times are on the hours (8 AM, 9 AM, 12 PM, etc.)

duration : How long your event should run, in hours.

email : The Gamehole Con Website email address of the person who will be GM'ing the event.

eventName : The name of the event.

eventType : The event type. Valid values are (please use the number corresponding to the applicable option) :

  • 1 - Boardgame
  • 2 - Card Game
  • 3 - Miniatures
  • 4 - Role Playing Game
  • 5 - Other Event
  • 6 - Seminar


age level : The relevant age levels of the event. Valid values are (please use the number corresponding to the applicable option) :
  • 1 - Kids Only (6-12)
  • 2 - All Ages (6+)
  • 3 - Teens and Up (13+)
  • 4 - Mature Players Only (18+)
  • 5 - Adults Only (21+)


experience required : The experience level required for the game. Valid values are (please use the number corresponding to the applicable option) :
  • 1 - Younger Players Welcome
  • 2 - Newcomers Welcome
  • 3 - Some Gaming Experience
  • 4 - Some Experience with Specific Game
  • 5 - Regular Play of Specific Game
  • 6 - High Degree of Experience


ruleset The rule set used for this game (e.g. 'Dungeons and Dragons, 1st ed.')

group name : If you are affiliated with a particular group, list that group here. Otherwise, not required.

max players : Maximum number of players the game can accomodate.

min players : Minimum number of players the game needs in order to be runable. Not required.

notes : Information that we organizers may need about your event. Not required.

description : Description of the game.

IsVirtual : Yes/No as to whether your game is Virtual or not.
